Atoms, the building blocks of matter, are made up of 99.999999% space. The space, according the Quantum Theory of Particle and Wave, signifies the energy of potential, of possibility. It has been discovered that electrons exist simultaneously in an infinite field of possibilities or probabilities.

The meditation is designed to shift your perspective from a narrow minded range of focus to an expanded awareness. To move us from thinking to feeling. By shifting our attention to the space around our body rather than our physical body itself, we open ourselves up to the quantum field and the energy of possibility. Our brain waves become synchronized, coherence, and organized in the process.

It is highly suggested to set a clear intention to work with this meditation. What is that you want to create? How does it feel to experience it? Can you practice that feeling as you access the quantum field? Finally, we end the meditation in surrender and gratitude, trusting that there is a natural order to the life within and around our body.
